in this case i put a face to a blog
went to the Capital Cross Classic last weekend with the family
yes, i'm more than a week behind
what's new?
standing by the fence watching the racers go by
when one of the spectators yelled "go gwadz"
looked up and sure enough, unmistakably it was gwadzilla
what a fan club he has
more people were rooting for gwadzilla than any other rider i'd venture to guess
is it the blog?
we met up with him in the parking lot afterwards
a solid guy
both in a "stand up guy" sort of way and in the clydesdale cyclist sort of way
i'm a relatively tall guy at 6'1" but at 6'4" i felt small in comparison
anyway it was a quick visit
